The current board, elected the 22th of july 2009 during the commitee meeting during IJK in Liberec for the 2009-2011, consist on:

  (General Secretary)
• Irmina SZUSTAK
  (National Activities, Vicpresident)
• Sergeo TYRIN
  (treasurer)
• Łukasz ŻEBROWSKI
  (Congresses, Seminars, Active trainings, Vicpresident)

The board is the main executive body of the organization. It:

1. executes the decisions of the committee
2. presents the board's report to the committee
3. presents a budget proposal and financial results to the committee
4. makes decisions concerning agreements with other organizations or persons
5. nominates appointees
6. nominates the editors of Kontakto, TEJO Tutmonde and other publications
7. makes decisions concerning the International Youth Congress
8. makes decisions concerning Patrons, other than concerning their removal
9. secures the internal functioning of the board
10. takes care of the smooth running of the organization in general
